This is a drop-in mini-session for participants who have completed the 1st Learn Program. It addresses five key areas that are essential to successful weight loss: lifestyle, exercise, attitudes, relationships and nutrition. L.E.A.R.N. has been used for over 15 years as a safe and effective method for weight loss. The program was developed at Yale University by professionals in the areas of nutrition, exercise physiology and psychology, and is designed to help participants achieve permanent results. Program for Weight Control is used around the world by individuals, corporations, universities and government agencies.
