  • NSMC is participating in a health care-based voter registration program call VotER, a non-partisan initiative that helps make it safe and easy for patients, family members and hospital staff to register to vote and request a mail-in ballot for the November election. The program was piloted at the MGH Emergency Department by Alister Martin, M.D., in response to the significant overlap between unregistered/non-voters and the most underserved in the health care system.
