General and Gastrointestinal

General and Gastrointestinal surgery with doctors north shore

Our general and gastrointestinal surgeons are on the staff of Massachusetts General Hospital. They are board certified with advanced training in many surgical subspecialties. They perform surgery on the breast, esophagus, stomach, small and large bowel, rectum, thyroid and parathyroid glands, liver, gall bladder, bile ducts, and pancreas.

They work closely with other Salem Hospital specialists to deliver safe, effective treatment. Many procedures can be safely performed on an outpatient basis, allowing patients to return home the same day.
