Because we want to ensure that we have addressed your healthcare needs in a timely and respectful manner at Salem Hospital, you will be receiving an email, call, or text message from us a few days after you get home, asking for you to compete a survey about your visit. You may be asked questions such as:
- During your recent visit, did your care providers listen carefully to you?
- Did your care providers provide information about your care in terms you could understand?
- Would you recommend this facility to your friend and family?
