Patient and Family Relations department
Patients, as well as family members, are encouraged to speak directly with their attending physician, primary nurse or case manager about any concerns they may have. If a patient would prefer to speak to someone not directly involved in his or her care, or if a patient feels that his or her concern is not being resolved satisfactorily, our Patient and Family Relations team is available to assist.
